There is no better time to buy Real Estate than now!! Interest is at an all time low, prices are down, there is a lot of inventory. On top of all of this ist time home buyers can qualify for a $8000 tax credit on your Federal Income Tax. You must close your purchase by 11/30/2009 in order to participate in this program.
